    OK, this is a bit embarrassing... but I just completed a stocktake - and I got a bit of a surprise.

    Actually, it was a pretty big, nasty surprise.

    We're overstocked by 120 Portable aircon units and we have new stock arriving in May and I need some extra space

     So, I'm either going to have to rent additional space which is going to
cost me money, which I don't particularly want to and I ideally need to get this sorted by 30 April.

     I suppose I really should have seen this coming - we had all kinds of new customers join us in the last year, we ordered more units and the weather changed...and we were left with this overstock

     In any case I need to move these units quickly to make space in the warehouse.

     So bottom line, I am putting on a big sale for a couple of days. Call it "Pre-Summer Sale" if you will.

     We normally don't discount heavily we don't need to as normally we don't have overstocks... in fact we are thinking hard about *RAISING* our prices.
